Printeez signs lease for American headquarters in Lakewood Ranch

Printeez, a Canadian-based print-on-demand and embroidery company, has leased a 34,020-square-foot industrial facility in Lakewood Ranch to serve as its U.S. headquarters and American production facility. The space is located at 11125 Gatewood Drive in Gates Creek Corporate Center, a newly constructed 112,914-square-foot industrial building developed by Richland Capital Holdings.

Nick DeVito II, SIOR, and Brie Tulp, RPA, SIOR, of Ian Black Real Estate represented the landlord in the transaction in conjunction with Trey Carswell, SIOR, and Lisa Ross, SIOR, of Cushman & Wakefield. There was no outside broker representation for the tenant.

Printeez, which is headquartered in Quebec, Canada, will use the space as a production and warehouse facility supporting customized apparel manufacturing, including direct-to-garment, direct-to-film, and embroidery services.

According to Printeez, the U.S. market is currently its largest growth vector. Printeez selected the Lakewood Ranch area for its strong infrastructure, growing workforce, and strategic location for U.S. distribution.

“The Lakewood Ranch area is a booming, business-friendly economic hub, which make it an ideal base for distributing our products efficiently across the United States,” said Sckoropad. “This location will allow us to control our entire supply chain natively and provide much faster, seamless service to our American clients.”

Printeez will occupy 34,020 square feet of Building 2 at Gates Creek Corporate Center, which is 112,914 square feet total with a 175’ truck court and 32’ clear height. The facility is currently in shell condition and will be built out to include both office and warehouse space tailored to Printeez’s operational needs.

This expansion complements the company’s continued investment in its Canadian headquarters, where it is also scaling operations. They are currently building out a new 41,000-square-foot production and warehouse facility in Quebec.

Printeez hopes to move into its Lakewood Ranch facility this summer.
