Sarasota Boat Ramp Temporarily Closed For Repairs: City
The Centennial Park Boat Ramp is temporarily closed for repairs, Sarasota officials said.

SARASOTA, FL — The Centennial Park Boat Ramp, 1059 N. Tamiami Trail, is temporarily closed to boaters through Friday, Sarasota officials said in a news release.
Emergency repairs are being made to all three double-lane concrete ramps. Underwater damage has created an unseen hazard for boat trailers, the city said.
Scuba divers are inspecting the ramps Monday, the first day they’re closed. They’ll clean and prepare all confirmed damaged areas and crews will make the repairs during the week.
