SARASOTA COUNTY, FL — A Sarasota County man is facing charges after authorities accused him of possessing materials depicting child sexual abuse and bestiality.

Terry Lee Cramer, 72, of North Port, was arrested last week and charged with 15 counts of possession of child sexual abuse material and four counts of possession of material depicting sexual activities involving animals, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement said in a statement.

According to authorities, the investigation discovered an IP address that was downloading files depicting the sexual abuse of children. Police said investigators later connected the IP address to Cramer’s home in North Port.

On Feb. 10, FDLE agents, with the assistance of the North Port Police Department, conducted a search warrant at Cramer’s home and seized multiple electronic devices. According to authorities, further analysis of the devices resulted in the discovery of numerous files containing images that depicted child sexual abuse and bestiality.
