Sarasota County's School Grades Released
Sarasota County had a number of schools earn top honors. Did your child's school make the A-list?
SARASOTA, FL — Parents and educators eagerly waiting to see just how the new Florida Standards Assessments, or FSAs, impacted Sarasota County school grades don’t have to wait any longer.
The Florida Department of Education released preliminary school and district grades for the 2014-15 school year Friday morning. Sarasota County Schools overall received an A grade. There were no F-graded schools within the county.
Here are the schools the state gave top A marks to in its 2014-15 Preliminary Baseline School Grades report:
