Sarasota Government Offices to Close for Holiday
The City of Sarasota explains what facilities will be available during the observance of the Presidents' Day holiday.
From the City of Sarasota: City of Sarasota administrative offices will be closed Monday, February 20 in observance of Presidents’ Day. Weekly garbage, yard waste and recycling collection will not be impacted.
The Regular City Commission meeting will be held the following day, Tuesday, February 21 at 2:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at City Hall, 1565 First Street.
The Robert L. Taylor Community Complex will have regular business hours (6 a.m. – 8 p.m.).

Bobby Jones Golf Club also will be open regular hours (6 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
