Sarasota Tiger Bay Club Presents “What is the Impact of Arts and Culture in Sarasota County?”

The Sarasota Tiger Bay Club invites the public to attend its discussion about the impact of arts and culture in Sarasota County on August 7, 11:30 a.m., at Michael’s On East, 1212 East Avenue South in Sarasota. This conversation features leaders of local arts organizations with moderator Dr. Frank Alcock. For more information, and to register for this event, visit SarasotaTigerBay.com or call 941-228-9144.

“What is the Impact of Arts and Culture in Sarasota County?” brings together leaders of several local organizations, including Erin Duggan, president/CEO, Visit Sarasota County; Brian Hersh, CEO, Arts & Cultural Alliance of Sarasota County; Morris “Marty” Hylton III, president, Architecture Sarasota; Virginia Shearer, executive director, Sarasota Art Museum of Ringling College; and Iain Webb, director, Sarasota Ballet. The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Frank Alcock. The sponsor of the August meeting is Art Center Sarasota, which is celebrating its centennial season.
