The new Applebee’s one-dollar cocktail is made with a delicious fusion of vodka, rum, tequila and gin, with tangy flavors of blue curacao, sweet & sour and Sierra Mist. The vibrant blue cocktail is a colorful twist on the Long Island Iced Tea and the perfect way to say “Adios” to summer!

Additionally, for just $5 more guests can switch to the $6 Tito’s Blue LIT. A refreshing, colorful cocktail made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Malibu Coconut, Tanquerey, pineapple juice, sweet & sour and DuKeyper Blue Curacao topped with Sierra Mist.
