How many times have you been out on a ride and found that perfect road? How many times have you made a mental note to remember the road and how to get back? I cannot count the number of times that this has happened to me and the time spent trying to find the road again to have my search end in failure. The time lost will never be recovered and the memory of the road will be with you, but you will not be able to enjoy that same road that gave you such a great feeling. I finally got around this by creating the scenic ride book series that can be found at http://www.finzfinds.com, so I can always find my way back to those cherished gems. An example of a road that comes to mind is Lake Hendry Road that can be found on the Lake Hendry Ride. The starting point for this ride is easy to find, I just look in the front of the book where I have the latitude and longitude starting points for each ride. Having this information makes finding the starting point for each scenic back road ride a breeze so I can get out there and ride. My time is spent enjoying the scenic back road routes laid out in the book with turn-by-turn instructions, not trying to remember the name of the road or how to get there.
