The Department of Health in Sarasota County sent out notifications to those eligible for a second-dose vaccination clinic Thursday, Friday.

SARASOTA COUNTY, FL — The Department of Health in Sarasota County has notified those eligible for their second dose of the coronavirus vaccine that they are hosting a second-dose vaccine clinic Thursday and Friday at Sarasota Square Mall, Steve Huard, public information officer said in a DOH video shared on YouTube.

The DOH is also administering 3,600 first doses of the vaccine in clinics at the Sarasota Square Mall Tuesday and Wednesday. The county received 3,300 doses from the state this week and also have 300 doses left over from Friday’s clinic because of no-show appointments, Henry said.
