The Table Creekside Expands Menu

The new items were created by Executive Chef Pedro Flores.

Regulars at The Table Creekside are likely to notice a few changes at the Sarasota eatery.

The restaurant has launched a number of new menu items crafted by Executive Chef Pedro Flores.

The items feature seasonal ingredients from the Gulf of Mexico and local, fresh organic produce, according to a media release from the restaurant.

The new items come just in time for al fresco dining season at the restaurant, which offers deck seating with a view of Phillippi Creek. The items include Roasted Orzo Paella, Fall Spinach Salad, Domestic Lamb Rack, Lemon Roasted Chilean Sea Bass, Heirloom Cauliflower Mash and Cream Orzo.

“We always strive to provide our guests with sophisticated cuisine and exceptional dishes,” Flores said. “I enjoyed crafting these new menu creations and hope they will captivate our foodie guests.”

The restaurant offers nightly specials and is open at 5365 S. Tamiami Trail Sunday through Thursday from 4 to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 4 to 10:30 p.m.
