THE TABLE CREEKSIDE LAUNCHES NEW MENU ITEMS

The Table Creekside, renowned for its global cuisine, launched brand new menu items featuring fresh, innovative dishes and diverse flavors. The new menu items include a variety of new options from new “Global Bites” to salads, “Complements” and entrees, and each dish was personally created by Executive Chef Pedro Flores. Inspired by the seasonal ingredients of the Gulf of Mexico and local, fresh organic produce, Chef Pedro spent countless hours perfecting his culinary creations to ensure they exceeded The Table’s standard of excellence.

As the temperature cools, guests can enjoy the menu inside the restaurant or al fresco under stars on the deck over the historic and idyllic Phillippi Creek in Sarasota. Some of the new menu favorites include new vegetarian offerings such as the Roasted Orzo Paella as well as additions to the regular dinner menu: Fall Spinach Salad with Riesling roasted apples, spiced cranberry jam, candied walnuts, gorgonzola, crispy serrano ham, roasted mushroom vinaigrette; Domestic Lamb Rack, with spiced cranberry jam, crispy yuca logs; and Lemon Roasted Chilean Sea Bass, with creamy orzo, seasonal vegetable, king crab blood orange bisque; and Stone Crabs. In addition to these new menu items, The Table Creekside offers nightly specials. Along with these seasonal dishes, Ila Edwards, General Manager and Bar Chef is serving her inspired fusions like fresh peach-infused bourbon to toast an evening of beautiful tastes and ambiance.

The Table Creekside is located at 5365 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota. The Table is open Sunday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 4 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 941-921-9465.
