The Table Creekside Offers Romantic Valentine's Day Specials

The Table Creekside, renowned for its global cuisine, will be offering couples a special menu this Valentine’s Day. Guests can cozy up to new favorites which will be available only Saturday, February 14, 2015. The Valentine’s Day specials will be offered in addition to the regular dinner menu and can be enjoyed inside the restaurant or al fresco under stars on the deck over the historic and idyllic Phillippi Creek in Sarasota. The restaurant will also be featuring unique Valentine’s cocktails the entire evening. For the ladies, A Simple Kiss cocktail will feature Hendricks, St. Germain, simple syrup, muddled strawberries, and topped with Prosecco. The men can enjoy a house-infused apple and cinnamon bourbon on the rocks.

The Valentine’s Day menu offerings include Global Bites: Cobia Tiradito, papaya mignonette and Roasted Duck Carpaccio, Asian pear slaw, panca vinaigrette. Guests can enjoy the Land Trio or Sea Trio – both available for $49.95 each. Land Trio - Organic Veal Bourguignon, creamy mushroom espresso; Pan Seared Colorado Filet Mignon, foie gras reduction, buttermilk shallot crisp; and Hudson Valley Duck Confit Sausage, bing cherry port reduction, basil creamy mash. Sea Trio - King Crab Ravioli, Albariño beurre blanc; Truffle Poached Cold Water Lobster Tail, Himalayan creamy risotto; Pan Seared Branzino, smoked heirloom tomato manchego fondue, braised leeks. The Table Creekside is offering a sweet finish with the Crème Brûlée Trio, Valencia orange, Valrhona chocolate, French vanilla.
