The Main Street Shuffle

As April comes to a close we see a great amount of activity taking place on Main Street. Moving out of their Main Street location is . Although no new location has been announced, Braza's website references an upcoming location announcement. Moving into the former Braza location is . Renovation is taking place and the new Patrick’s is planning a mid-May Opening.

Renovation is also taking place at the former home to Patrick’s on the 5 Points Circle and a sign indicates a new restaurant to be opened; cleverly named Patty’s on Main. Just around the corner renovation is taking place in the space formerly occupied by (which moved across the street a number of months ago) a sign there indicates a New York styled Deli will be the new occupant. Meanwhile, just across the street renovation has commenced on the space formerly occupied by The Nook for yet another restaurant. No details on the new restaurant's cuisine or style were immediately available.

Speaking about moving, is planning a move to a yet unnamed location. In the meantime the Café is open regularly for business.

On the Pub front, a couple of changes are taking place. Eric Bein is no longer filling the role of Executive Chef at and the T’Katz Pub is rebranding itself to follow more of the craft beer trend. Hoppy Endings will be serving up to 25 craft beers from tap with another 50 or so from bottles.

Since Argentina is known for beef and red wine, it only seems natural there should be an Argentine steakhouse; Milonga Argentine Steakhouse on University Avenue is now open.
