The Road goes ever on and on - Lake Hendry Scenic Motorcycle Ride

Long and winding roads can be found all over Florida like this road, Lake Hendry Road, found on the Lake Hendry ride is a great example. The lines of the road leaving my sight off into the horizon.  This is truly a scenic road I enjoy riding. I hear so many times from people that Florida has no scenic back rides to ride. I can say to these people that they are wrong, and I have many rides with scenic views. I will never forget that day, while filling up my motorcycle I overheard a group of people talking about all the great roads they have ridden in other states. I drifted over to the group and asked if they had any favorite rides in Florida. One person spoke up and told me about the great adventures they had along US-41, between Sarasota and Venice, while another from the group exclaimed that I-75 had some really nice stretches. This opportunity comes up many times on my travels and I always keep a couple of copies of my "Master Guide Book" with me to show people what Florida really has to offer. On this day, the Lake Hendry Road picture made a sale to both of these riders that I met, I really enjoy the experience of meeting new riders who are looking for new scenic back roads to ride. Someday I hope we can meet on a scenic back road of Florida.
