Video: Man's Miami Heat Dancers Audition Goes Viral
He didn't make the final cut, but a video of his performance is making waves.

Check out Keyth Wilson’s moves in the video below.
Keyth Wilson has dancing in his blood and he’s not the type to give up on a dream.
The 28-year-old proved that last week when he tried out for the Miami Heat Dancers. While he made it through the first two rounds that cut the field from 200 to 50, his freestyle moves didn’t carry him past round three. Wilson also tried out for the squad in 2012, several media outlets are reporting.

“Dancing has no gender, it has no sexuality, it’s just an art,” Wilson was quoted by SportsGrid as saying following the defeat.
Wilson, whose audition video has had more than 800,000 views on YouTube, blames his gender for the decision.

“I think if I was a woman, yeah (I would have made the team),” he was quoted by the New York Daily News as saying. “I love dancing, it’s my passion.”
Wilson told the Daily News he tried out for the NBA team’s dance squad because he believed with the Heat “anything is possible.”
Wilson says he has no intention of giving up. He plans to audition again in the future.
Wilson is the founder of the Exclusive Vibes Contemporary Dance Theater in Miami and is also reportedly going to school to become a dance instructor.
The Miami Heat hasn’t offered any comments on Wilson’s audition.
Wilson’s defeat is making waves on social media platforms where several hashtag campaigns have sprung up. Supporters of Wilson’s are using the hashtags #DanceKingMiami, #MiamiHeat and #KeythWilson to share their thoughts on his audition video.
“It’s a travesty this guy didn’t make the #miamiheat dance squad,” wrote one supporter.
