Watch: Police Dive Team Encounters Sharks’ ‘Feeding Frenzy’
The Sarasota Police Department's dive team had a close encounter with a school of sharks during offshore training in the Gulf of Mexico.
SARASOTA, FL — The Sarasota Police Department’s dive team got up close and personal with a school of sharks during mealtime.
The dive team recorded the sharks’ “feeding frenzy” during a recent offshore training session in the Gulf of Mexico and shared the video on Twitter Wednesday afternoon.
“No officers were hurt but they did decide this was the perfect time to take lunch,” police tweeted.
