• Sebastian's original U.S. 1 Dunkin' closing as owners raze longtime shop for drive-thru plaza (sebastiandaily.com) — Sebastian's longtime Dunkin' at 900 U.S. 1 has closed as owners prepare to demolish the 1970s-era building and replace it with a new strip plaza featuring a drive-thru Dunkin' and outdoor seating. Regulars are being directed to other nearby locations while construction plans and a reopening date are still being finalized, and residents are invited to share memories of the landmark shop.
   

• Indian River Transit's Community-Focused Approach Earns National Recognition (metro-magazine.com) — Sebastian riders benefit directly from GoLine, the county's fare-free bus system that just earned a national award as APTA's 2026 Outstanding Public Transportation System in its category. With 14 routes linking Sebastian, Vero Beach, and beyond to jobs, schools, and medical care, the agency is expanding hours and refining routes to keep pace with growth and changing travel needs.
