Race for Sight
Last year, more than 1,000 people participated in the 5K race or cheered on runners. Special guests include City of Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn, Mrs. World 2011-2012 April Lufriu and corneal transplant recipient Michael Villeda. Proceeds benefit Ybor City-based Lions Lions Eye Institute Foundation to make sight-saving corneal transplants possible and to support those in our community who are visually impaired.
