Skipper's Smokehouse and WMNF (88.5 FM) present a full-band show by the Paul Thorn Band, whom organizers call "perhaps one of the best Southern rocking roots bands playing today." Joining them is the Beth McKee Band, with a frontwoman whom Skipper's describes as "the female love child of Dusty Springfield and Doug Sahm with Dr. John acting as the midwife."
