A 4-day traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa practice (known as Mysore practice) with Christine Wiese from Ashtanga Yoga Gainesville.
7a OR 6p start times. Limited to 6 students per group.
Each student moves with their own breath through a sequence of postures appropriate for them. Students progress at their own pace. Through hands-on adjustments and verbal cues from the teacher they find their way deeper into postures. Small groups allow the teacher to build a relationship with each student and their practice, better enabling the teacher to address the specific needs of each student. Students of all levels practice together, each working in a way that is appropriate for them while enjoying the energy of practicing with a group. Students of all levels are welcome to attend. No experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn.
