Wellswood Civic Association is sponsoring a morning of fun for elementary school aged children who are residents of Wellswood or their guests. Leading the activities will be the children's art instructor from the Taylor Art Studio and the Youth Gardener from the Tampa Garden Club. Refreshments will be served.
