The 10th annual IDBF World Dragon Boat Racing Championship takes place this week on Seddon Channel. Teams from more than 20 countries, including the U.S., Canada, Russia, China, Philippines, and Trinidad and Tobago, are expected to compete. So are eight teams from the Tampa area. Give them a grand welcome in this parade of nations and entertainment.
