
A local company is looking for a second shift bilingual call center coordinator according to the AppleOne employment agency.
Candidates should be able to complete intake and input of customer orders placed by case managers, adjusters, injured workers or other designated parties. Candidates must be able to make decisions, delegate and assign responsibilities to the appropriate work queues as necessary, negotiate pricing with providers.
The ability to speak both English and Spanish is also required.

This position is Monday-Friday from 11:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m. and includes a salary of $29,000.
