Next to NAPA? Sports Bar
A sports bar will open in the vacant storefront next to a pending NAPA Auto Parts, says the building's listing agent.
The ., next to a pending store and warehouse, won't be vacant for long. Eby Paul, listing agent for the property, said a lease was signed three weeks ago by an entrepreneur who wants to open a sports bar in the 1,040 square foot building.
Paul said in recent months a variety of concepts were pitched for the building by prospective lessees, including used car lot, church, and a host of restaurants. “But this was the most interesting concept that could fit with that area,” said Paul.
The lease begins March 1, according to Paul.
