Police Find Stolen Truck Before Owner Knew It Was Gone

Friday August 17

Thieves pried open the rear of a business in the 4600 block of Florida Avenue stealing a 1985 Chevy pick-up truck with an all-terrain vehicle in the bed. The vehicle was found abandoned the same day by police, but the owner did not yet realize the truck was stolen. Upon the victim filing a police report, they found that police had recovered the vehicle.
