Sheriff Identifies Lake Egypt Homicide Victim
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is investigating the homicide of a woman discovered in a Lake Egypt Estates home.
TAMPA, FL -- The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office has identified the woman discovered dead in a Lake Egypt Estates home in the 3000 block of W. Patterson Street.
The sheriff's office said the homicide victim is Micheline G. Messersmith, 68.
The sheriff's office received a 911 call at 3:20 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, reporting the body of a woman found in a home.

Detectives spent the night processing the scene and canvassing the neighborhood for information.
Deputies are also asking neighbors to double check their security cameras for anything unusual or suspicious.
