Tax Collector Office Closes at Floriland Center

As of noon Thursday, the Hillsborough County Tax Collector's Office permanently closed its location in the Floriland Business Center, located at North Florida Avenue at Busch Boulevard. The address of the new location, opening on Monday, is 3011 W. University Center Dr., Suite 150.

TBO.com quoted Tax Collector Doug Beldon on how the new location will mean more parking and customer service counters. This fall, the new office also will assume more duties from the Department of Motor Vehicles, including issuing licenses.
