What Do You Wish Were Here?

A vacant bungalow zoned for mixed use office, and its two story garage apartment, sit idle just off of a major intersection.

This small bungalow at 5407 N Florida Ave., formerly home to the Burgess Music Group, sits between and Discount Printing and Graphics.

Being just two doors north of the Florida and Hillsborough avenues intersection, and only a block removed from the epicenter of Seminole Heights' commercial renaissance, the 1926 house and its detached two story garage apartment out back seem to hold some promise. And though the property is zoned for mixed use office, it has sat vacant for a few years now.
