Construction started on the commercial building at 6401 N Nebraska Ave. in 2007, and stopped by 2009. It has yet to be occupied.
Listing agent Linda Calebro-Kuder, broker/owner of Calebro and Associates, said interested parties have proposed numerous uses, including liquor store, car lot, thrift store, pet groomer, funeral home, and restaurants.
