What Do You Wish Were Here?

A former gas station in the 800 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd next to the on ramp for I-275 has been vacant for some time.

The building sits on a busy corridor on the edge of Seminole Heights and within a short walk of locations along Nebraska Avenue, an area the city intends to in the near future.

While a former gas station may not seem like a great location for a fresh new business, previous projects such as which resembles an old gas station, have proven successful.

So we want to know, what do you wish were here? Perhaps you'd like to see a new convenient store and gas station on the block to add competition to the ones nearby. Maybe you want to see a new auto mechanic or a cafe that can use the awning for outdoor dining. Tell us in the comments section below.
