What Do You Wish Were Here?

Amidst the booming business along Florida Avenue sits a vacant storefront, what should it be?

Once a successful business of over 20 years, the former Pueblo Nuevo deli, produce, meat market and convenience store now sits empty at 7311 North Florida Avenue, just a few miles north of the booming foodie culture that now pervades Seminole Heights.

The store was posted on the Florida Buyer's Directory for a price of $100,000 a few years ago, but eventually went out of business. It's former owners had a beer and wine license, a full kitchen, space for a grocery and sit down restaurant area as well as 11 glass door refrigerators for merchandise. The space is now available for rent.

So, we want to know what you wish were here? Perhaps a New York style deli or a farmer's market. Tell us in the comments section below.
