The former home of American Canvas, the site at 5108 North Nebraska Avenue was purchased last December but is currently sitting empty along a vital portion of Nebraska Avenue that is currently undergoing a transformation.
While the property isn't large enough to house a major restaurant project, it could be the perfect home to the mom and pop shop looking for a location.
