The U.S. attorney said they committed violent crimes with the help of corrupt law enforcement officers and state employees.

TAMPA, FL — Sixteen members of the white supremacist gang, Unforgiven, were indicted Thursday in the U.S. Middle District Court in Tampa after being accused of taking part in a racketeering enterprise that committed violent crimes with the help of corrupt law enforcement officers and state employees.
Acting United States Attorney Karin Hoppmann announced the unsealing of the indictment charging the gang members with crimes including murder, kidnapping, threats of violence, robbery, assaults with deadly weapons, smuggling contraband to prison inmates and conspiracy to obstruct justice.
The indictment alleges that Unforgiven members from throughout Florida used “corrupt law enforcement officers and state employees” to gather information about people, investigations and prosecutions, and to smuggle items to inmates.
