The developer released a first look at the amenities available inside Asher, Water Street Tampa's newest collection of rental residences.
TAMPA, FL — Strategic Property Partners LLC, the developer behind the Water Street Tampa mixed-use development on Tampa’s waterfront, released a first look at the amenities available inside Asher, Water Street Tampa's newest collection of rental residences.
Residents began moving into the residences last month.
Designed by world-renowned architect Morris Adjmi, the curated amenity collection was envisioned to foster community and encourage socialization among residents.

The oversized windows are a nod to a modern, industrial aesthetic while flooding the interior spaces with natural light.

The programmed spaces provide resort-style amenities in the center of the city.
The signature amenity at Asher has Water Street Tampa’s largest pool deck, a dynamic rooftop space with 70 lounge chairs, cabanas, outdoor kitchens, an outdoor social garden and an entertainment lawn.
Inside, residents can enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center, entertainment lounge, café, media lounge and co-working space with private conference rooms.
Through a collaboration with SPP, national hospitality operator Method Co. will service the building’s extensive suite of amenities and provide special events such as culinary, wellness and fitness programs.
The 490-unit Asher offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments linked together by communal spaces that encourage social interactions and maximize indoor-outdoor living.
