20-Year-Old Man Shot, Killed At South Tampa McDonald's

TAMPA, FL -- Tampa Police are seeking the person responsible for shooting and killing a man on Friday, July 20 in the parking lot of McDonald's, 3515 S. Dale Mabry Highway in South Tampa.

At 7:45 p.m., officers responded to a call of a shooting and found Nicholas A. Mortazavi, 20, with a gun shot wound. He was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead at 3:30 a.m.

Detectives are interviewing witnesses and trying to establish a motive. Anyone with information should contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS (8477),
