Three people are charged in connection with the 2014 death of 23-year-old Damien Bowie.

TAMPA, FL — Authorities have arrested and charged three people in connection with the decade-old killing of a Tampa man, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office announced.
On March 2, 2014, Hillsborough deputies found 23-year-old Damien Bowie fatally shot at the Avesto Del Rio Apartments in Tampa.
More than 10 years after the killing, investigators determined Javonte Dennard, 33, allegedly shot Bowie in the parking lot after attacking him. Dennard, who is currently serving time in prison on unrelated charges, was charged with second-degree murder in connection with Bowie's death.
