Armed 'Power Ranger' Creates Panic at Public Pool
No one was hurt in the Thursday afternoon incident at Bobby Hicks Pool in Tampa.

A person dressed in a Power Ranger costume created quite a scene at Tampa’s Bobby Hicks Pool Thursday afternoon.
According to the Tampa Police Department, officers received a call that the costumed-character pointed a gun at a victim at the pool and made a threatening statement. After causing a ruckus, the “Power Ranger” fled the scene.
It didn’t take officers long to catch up with him though.

When police searched the man, they found not one, but two guns. They were fake, department spokeswoman Andrea Davis said.
“I don’t know which Power Ranger he was dressed as at this point,” Davis noted.
