A jury has found a former Benito Middle School teacher not guilty after being accused of engaging in sexual activity with students.

TAMPA, FL â A jury has found a former Benito Middle School teacher not guilty after being accused of engaging in sexual activity with students.
According to the Tampa Bay Times, the verdict came after two students who made allegations gave inconsistent statements on key dates and times. Read more here.
Tampa Police arrested Alex Jeffrey Hull, an eighth-grade honors algebra and pre-algebra teacher at the school, on Aug. 6, 2018 after a parent made a complaint about his conduct with two students between November 2017 and May 2018.

Huff was charged with sexual battery, lewd and lascivious molestation, lewd and lascivious conduct and showing obscene materials to minors.
