Body Found In Parked Vehicle; Tampa Police Say It's A Homicide

TAMPA, FL — Tampa police say a body found inside a vehicle at the intersection of East Humphrey Street and 14th Street is the victim of a homicide.

The person killed by upper body trauma was discovered at 3:38 a.m. Tuesday.

The victim's identity has not been released.
