Bryant Miller Olive announces two Tampa lawyers named to prestigious list of top lawyers.

TAMPA (June 23, 2016) – Bryant Miller Olive announced today that Tampa-based lawyers Duane D. Draper, a Public Finance lawyer, and Nikki Nate, a State and Local Government lawyer, have been recognized in the 2016 edition of Florida Trend magazine’s Florida Legal Elite™. Draper was recognized in the Banking/Financial practice area and Nate was recognized in the Up & Comer category.
Draper was recognized for his work in Public Finance law. He currently co-chairs Bryant Miller Olive's Public Finance practice area and has been in public finance either as an attorney or investment banker since 1989. He is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the Local Government Section of The Florida Bar, and focuses primarily on bond counsel and disclosure counsel representations.

Nate was recognized as an Up & Comer, a list of attorneys under 40 who represent the future of the legal profession in Florida. She is a member of Bryant Miller Olive’s State & Local Government and Litigation practice groups, where her primary practice includes representing city, county, and state governmental entities in all manner of legal matters, including corporate governance and complex litigation.
Legal Elite lawyers were chosen by actively practicing Florida attorneys that were asked to name the attorneys that they hold in highest regard as professionals – lawyers with whom they have personally worked and would recommend to others.
