His primary focus has always been to elevate the company from a traditional manufacturer to a customer-centric, value-added partner. He has placed an organization-wide priority on making foodservice operators and distributors more successful. He has also created a trust driven, family-style approach to the workplace, which in turn has attracted and retained top industry team members. Under Bill’s leadership, Monin Americas has grown to nearly 100 times its original sales, becoming the category leader in hospitality beverage solutions today. Recently, Bill was named one of the top 25 most important influencers in the USA foodservice supplier space, by Nation’s Restaurant News. He is also recognized as a Power 100 leader by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
