Join us for an interactive evening of sushi-making led by a professional sushi chef. Perfect for beginners and food lovers alike, this hands-on experience will guide you through the fundamentals of maki rolling in a fun and welcoming setting.
The evening begins with a welcome reception and meet-and-greet, featuring a live demonstration of traditional sushi rice preparation and seasoning. You’ll learn about essential ingredients, tools, and techniques before stepping up to the mat yourself.
Our chef will provide hands-on instruction throughout, covering proper rice handling, nori placement, rolling technique, and clean knife cuts. Each guest will make and enjoy their own rolls during the class.
The experience wraps up with an open Q&A session with the chef, followed by a light farewell dessert.
No prior experience required. All ingredients and tools provided.
