GÜD Yoga offers a deeply grounding yoga session. Sessions are led by Neidara Mathies, who has been teaching for over 14 years. Mathies is known for cultivating a serene and inviting atmosphere. Her classes blend mindful movement with intentional breathwork. Yogis will flow through a specially curated playlist and leave feeling balanced, centered, and completely renewed.
