Check On Your Friends In Bahamas; AT&T Will Waive Charges
AT&T customers can call or text friends in the Bahamas through Sept. 10, and AT&T will waive the charges.
ACROSS FLORIDA —AT&T customers can call or text friends in the Bahamas to find out how they're faring following Hurricane Dorian, and AT&T will waive the charges.
To help keep customers connected to those affected by Hurricane Dorian, AT&T announced Friday that it will automatically issue credits and waive charges for calls placed and texts sent by customers from the U.S. to the Bahamas through Sept. 10.
Credits will post in two to three billing cycles for AT&T wireless customers and within 30 days for AT&T PREPAID customers.
