Ciminelli Real Estate Services Relocates To Iconic Building On Kennedy

TAMPA, FL — Ciminelli Real Estate Services, a full-service commercial real estate services firm, announced its Tampa office relocation to the highly sought-after Westshore Business District.

Ciminelli has relocated from 14499 N Dale Mabry Highway in the Carrollwood area to 4100 W Kennedy Blvd., Suite 105, in one of the most recognizable buildings along Kennedy Boulevard.

Ciminelli purchased the property in December 2021. Formerly known as The Venture Center, the building has been rebranded to 4100 Kennedy, and major building renovations are underway. In addition to ownership, Ciminelli is providing management and leasing services for the property.
