Colliers International Tapped For Retail Leasing At Water Street

TAMPA, FL — Colliers International has been selected by Strategic Property Partners LLC as the exclusive retail leasing agent for Water Street Tampa. The Colliers team is also handling retail leasing at Sparkman Wharf, Tampa’s newest workplace and lifestyle destination.

One of the largest active downtown real estate developments in the United States, Water Street Tampa is a multi-phased, mixed-use community that will include more than nine million square feet of commercial, residential, hospitality, educational, and entertainment and cultural spaces, including 1,000,000 square feet of retail space, across 56 acres in downtown Tampa.
