Cook With Renowned Chefs, NFL Legends During Culinary Kickoff
NFL legends will be cooking up favorite Big Game dishes of award-winning chefs on Saturday for a virtual culinary event.
TAMPA, FL — NFL legends Charles Woodson, Marshall Faulk and Ronnie Lott alongside co-hosts ESPN’s Sage Steele and Liam Mayclem, will be cooking up favorite Big Game dishes of award-winning chefs on Saturday for a virtual culinary event.
The Culinary Kickoff social-fundraising culinary event that benefits the Culinary Institute of America Scholarship Fund, The Ryan Nece Foundation founded by former Bucs player Ryan Nece and All Stars Helping Kids. The collective missions of these organizations is to provide youth access to nutritious food and physical activity as well as the opportunity to be their personal best.
Last year, the event was hosted by Jamie Foxx in Miami. This year in Tampa, guests are invited to join the hosts and cook along in the live broadcast and virtual benefit while raising money for these charities helping combat food insecurity nationwide for children.

This year's featured chefs are Charlie Palmer, Michael Mina and Adam Sobel.
The seventh annual culinary kickoff will take place at the Hall of Legends Lounge in Tampa Saturday, Feb. 6 from 8 to 9 p.m.

This will be a hybrid virtual and live experience. Ticketed guests can tune in to the event to watch live as celebrity hosts Sage Steele and Liam Mayclem make their way through the culinary demonstrations and the Hall of Legends Lounge with NFL all-star Charles Woodson.
Throughout the broadcast, legendary chefs Charlie Palmer, Michael Mina, Adam Sobel, and their culinary teams will also pair up with the NFL legends to present big game dishes and pairings from brand partners including Charles Woodson’s Intercept Wines and Woodson Whiskey, GameDay Vodka, John Anthony Vineyards, G.O.A.T. Fuel Energy Drink by Jerry Rice, Black River Caviar, Snake River Farms Diane’s Bloody Mary, Raj Parr’s Sandhi Wines, Bona Fortuna and more – all of which can be shopped through Samsung Next’s Whisk Culinary Kickoff™ Community.
The chefs will provide their recipes in advance of the event via an exclusive recipe community on the Whisk app so ticketed guests can purchase ingredients in advance and follow along with the cooking demonstrations live. Whisk is an award-winning recipe app where users can save favorite recipes from any app, website or printed document and turn them into shopping lists, meal plans, grocery delivery orders and recipe communities.
