Dave Matthews Band Announces Tampa Tour Stop

Tickets go on sale Feb. 13.

Tampa Bay area music fans wondering if the Dave Matthews Band would make a summer stop in the region are in luck. The band has announced a July 29 Tampa date on its upcoming tour.

The band will take the stage at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre with tickets going on sale Feb. 13 at 10 a.m., according to the band’s website.

Tickets for the show, the band’s 11th summer appearance in the area, will start at $31.50, according to the Tampa Bay Times. Members of the official fan club will be able to access online presale tickets starting this Thursday.

The Virginia-based band is known for its summer-long tours and has hit the charts with such songs as “What Would You Say,” “Songs That Jane Likes” and “Crash Into Me.”
