TAMPA, FL — There were no injuries, but an apartment complex maintenance office was destroyed by fire early Thursday morning due to an electrical problem.
Hillsborough County Fire Rescue responded to 14010 Saulk Court off Bruce B. Downs Boulevard in north Tampa at 3:57 a.m. after a resident reported smoke coming from the building.
Engine 5 arrived and began an aggressive interior attack, stopping the blaze from spreading to the apartments in just 10 minutes.
