Flood Watch as Heavy Rain Returns Thursday
Streets and low-lying areas may flood, according to the National Weather Service.

As the chance for heavy rains returns to the area, a new flood threat has emerged, according to the National Weather Service.
A flood watch is in effect from 2 a.m. Thursday through Thursday evening.
Rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is possible, with locally higher amounts. Flooding of streets and low-lying areas is possible, as well as river flooding, according to the NWS.
